Size Exchanges Spain

You may exchange the Menorcan sandals purchased in our online store within 7 business days from the delivery date of the order.

A €7 fee applies for size exchanges to cover shipping costs, and this service is only available within Spain. You may request a size exchange through the “Check my order” section or by sending us an email at info@guelmishoes.com

Once we receive the size exchange request, we will send you the details to complete the payment of the handling fees, along with the return shipping label. The customer must package the product in the same way it was received and have it ready for collection.

The size exchange will be processed once the product you wish to exchange has arrived at our facilities. The product must arrive at our address in perfect condition, with the original packaging, all tags, and the box, exactly as it was received. The condition of the product will be checked and the size exchange and new shipment will then be processed.

Returns Spain

You may return the Menorcan sandals purchased in our online store within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order (according to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade Regulation, amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19). According to Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

You may request a return through the “Check my order” section, which can be managed in two ways, or you may send us an email at info@guelmishoes.com.

• You may request a return using our transport service. The package will be collected from the same address used for the order delivery and returned to our facilities. The product must arrive in perfect condition, with the original packaging, all tags, and the box, exactly as it was received. The condition of the product will be checked and the refund will then be processed using the same payment method. The collection cost is €7, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• You may also return the product on your own. You must send the product to our address using the transport company of your choice, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The product must arrive in perfect condition, with the original packaging, all tags, and the box, exactly as it was received. The condition of the product will be checked and the full refund of the returned product will then be processed.

You may return or exchange the size of your Menorcan sandals within 14 business days from the delivery date of the order. The customer must send the product to our address using the transport company of their choice and will be responsible for the shipping costs. The product must arrive in perfect condition, with the original packaging, all tags, and the box, exactly as it was received. Once the product arrives at our address, its condition will be checked and the full refund of the returned product will then be processed. In the case of requesting a size exchange, it will be managed in the same way. To obtain the correct size or desired product, a new purchase must be made.
