The company Manufacturas Guelmi s.c. manufactures and distributes each of the models within a delivery time of 5-10 business days. We manufacture our shoes on demand to offer a personalized treatment to our clients and avoid overproduction of products.

The delivery time of the order is 5-10 working days from the moment we receive the order confirmation (Spain). For the rest of the countries the delivery time can be up to 15 working days.

Please note that delivery times may change due to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19.

The customer can track the order through the tracking number provided by the carrier. If you do not receive this number, request it through our email info@guelmishoes.com

Delivery conditions

The delivery address will be the one specified during the purchase process. In order to modify the address, please contact us through our email info@guelmishoes.com and we will try to modify it as long as the shipment has not yet been made.

In case of detecting an error or lack of information in the shipping address, we will contact you through your email or telephone to verify or modify the shipping information.

If you are not at your home at the time of delivery, the transport agency will contact you through your telephone or leave a message in the mailbox of the delivery address. In case of not being able to locate your order, it will be deposited in the nearest collection agency or returned to our workshop. If you do not receive your order, please contact Guelmi through our mail and we will try to arrange a new delivery.

Information about shipping costs

Shipping costs for Spain (including peninsula and Balearic Islands) are free for any price and purchase units.

For the other countries through which Guelmi ships (Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Luxembourg, Poland, Greece, Holland, Ireland) consult the specific shipping costs for your country through our website www.guelmishoes. com.

Due to the Brexit situation, we have decided to ship to the United Kingdom for now. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can continue to buy our products in the United Kingdom through the Amazon platform.

The weight for each pair of shoes is usually about 1kg and the box measures 35x15x11 cm
