Return Policy

Items purchased at can be returned as long as they have not been used and are in perfect condition.

The deadline to start the return process is 15 days from the day of delivery of the product.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (in its original box and in the same condition that it arrived). You can protect the box with the same packaging that was delivered in the outbound shipment or you can replace it with a similar one so that it arrives in perfect condition.

If the item is returned in poor condition, Manufactura Guelmi reserves the right to reject the request for exchange or return, or to return the partial amount of the order.

Manage the return

If you have placed the order as a guest, please contact Manufacturas Guelmi through our email and we will manage your return as soon as possible.

Returns will be made through our carrier unless the customer requests otherwise. From Manufacturas Guelmi we will manage your return. You will receive an email with the shipping label, which you must stick on your package. The package must be deposited by the buyer in the nearest transport office following the instructions that we will send to your mail.

Once the package has been received at our facilities and checked, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, discounting € 5 (for national shipments) for the return management fees. If the return is made from another country, the management costs may vary. Request information through our email and we will inform you.

I want to request a change

For changes to your order, whether in size, color or model, you must first proceed to return the previous order.

To request any change, please contact us through our email info @ guelmishoes informing about the order number and the change you would like to make.

If the exchange is possible, we will send you an email so that you can proceed to return the product you want to exchange. For the return you must follow the instructions that we will indicate in the mail.

Once the product you want to exchange has been received at our facilities and checked, we will proceed to send the new product.

The change has a cost of € 5 (for national shipping) that must be paid by the customer before sending the new order. If it is an international shipment, this cost may vary (you can check the exchange costs by sending an email to

Cancellation of orders

To cancel your purchase, contact our department as soon as possible through our email

We will proceed to the cancellation of your order and a full refund while the order has not yet been shipped from our facilities.

Orders that have been prepared and shipped cannot be canceled, so you must return the product according to our return policy. For more information you can consult our Returns section.

Once the order is canceled, you will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation and we will proceed to the refund in the same payment method that made the order. Please note that once the refund has been made it may take a few days for it to be reflected in your account.

We insist, will not be responsible for returns on products handled by the client, or those merchandise that are returned incomplete.
